House – unfinished build to be completed in Peralada

Terraced stone house within the historical centre of the village of Peralada. 205 m2 built area divided into ground floor with Catalan vaulted ceiling, first floor with 3 bedrooms, one with bathroom en suite and another bathroom, and second floor with diaphanous space and lots of light.

BUILDING TO BE FINISHED, the structural walls, divisions and roof are new, the electrical, water, heating installations, floors, bathrooms and kitchen need to be done.
